Interview Coaching

An interview coaching session is an excellent way to prepare for your interview, polish your interviewing skills, and feel more confident. I will partner with you to pinpoint examples and successes that will set you apart, and you will be able to practice those responses during the mock interview portion of our session.

Interview Coaching Packages

Clients have the option of choosing from three different coaching packages:

​

1.  Executive Interview Package - $349

Administered by a certified interview coach, this package includes two sessions:

  

Session 1:  Consists of a 75-minute session and includes:

  • Discussing how to prepare for your interview so you can set yourself apart

  • Addressing possible concerns (being fired, employment gap, bad performance review etc.)

  • Discussing concerns about past interviews (what went well, what didn't go well)

  • Creating a list of examples (experiences) which you can use when answering behavioral questions

  • A practice job interview (geared toward the job description) comprised of both behavioral and general questions

  • Feedback on your interview answers and suggestions on how to make them stronger

  • A review of various questions YOU should ask the interview, which will help you determine if the job is a good fit

  • Discussing strategies after the interview (thank yous, salary negotiations, if you "forgot" to mention something important, etc.)

  • A handout of everything discussed

 

NOTE: Currently, all sessions are being conducted via Phone or Google Meet

  

Session 2:  Consists of a 45-minute session geared toward your needs such as:

  • Practicing additional interview questions (if called back for a second interview)

  • Answering any questions you may have from the first session

  • Discussing problems or concerns which may have arisen

  • Discussing miscellaneous topics (counter offers by current company, accepting a job and then being offered another one, etc.)

  

2.  Professional Interview Package - $179 (Most Popular)

Administered by a certified interview coach, this package includes one 60-minute session and consists of:

  

  • Discussing strategies before your interview and ways to set yourself apart

  • Addressing possible concerns (being fired, employment gap, bad performance review, etc.)

  • A practice job interview (geared toward the job description) comprised of both behavioral and general questions, along with immediate feedback on your responses

  • A review of various questions YOU should ask the interview, which will help you determine if the job is a good fit

  • Discussing strategies after the interview (thank yous, salary negotiations, if you "forgot" to mention something important, etc.)

  • A handout of everything discussed

 

NOTE: Currently all sessions are being conducted via Phone or Google Meet

3.  Basic Interview Package - $99

Administered by a certified interview coach, this package includes one 30-minute mock interview via Phone or Google Meet with immediate feedback of your responses and provides the following benefits:

  

  • Allows you to practice for both behavioral and general interview questions

  • Will help you think of different examples and stories that you can use when answering questions which could set you apart from the competition

  • Will help you feel more confident and prepared.

  • Includes complimentary interview tips
